All four them stepped out of the car and walked into Lucy's house. Ike carried her suitcase into the living room.
"Hey guys I think I should go say hi to your mom, and the rest of the Hanson clan" Lucy said
"That would be a good idea if they were home." Taylor said.
Lucy looked puzzled where could they all be at 10:00 a.m.?
"Where are they?" she asked
"Oh they went to Sesame Street's Kid World" Taylor replied.
"Ah so you guys stuck here with me? Oh too bad!" Lucy laughed.
Behind her Lucy felt arms go around her and she felt Ike's breathe on her neck. "That's ok Lucy I don't mind being stuck here with you" Ike said sweetly.
"Hey Lucy when do you wanna get your dog?" Zac asked
"I dunno sometime this week would be cool, I have to get supplies before I could pick one out." Lucy replied.
"Hey there's Dad we should go see him, c'mon guys, you wanna come Lucy?" Ike asked
"Um how about I come over later I wanna put my stuff away okie? Lucy said hoping he would accept that.
"Sure! See ya babe!" Ike said giving Lucy a kiss on the cheek.
"Later!" Zac said and he ran after Ike. Lucy noticed Taylor walking slowly out the door.
"Hey! Your not going to say bye to me?" Lucy asked with a sad look on her face.
"I'm sorry Lucy." Taylor said as he went to give Lucy a hug. When they pulled apart when one another. Taylor looked deep into Lucy eyes. Lucy returned the gaze into his eyes. 'Wow she's really beautiful, wait what am I doing!' Taylor thought. Almost instantly Lucy looked away.
"I think you better go Tay," Lucy said refusing to meet Taylor's eyes again.
"Yea" Taylor said as he left.
What just happened? Lucy thought. It didn't mean anything it was just an awkward moment. That's all. and just like that she shrugged it off and dragged her suitcase upstairs.
